Intrigued by the beautiful and inspirational possibilities of decorative expressions, Inger Erickson, a professional graphic designer and owner of a successful design company, started Uppercase Living from her home with her friend Stephanie Geisler, a professional writer and trainer. The synergy between Inger’s flair for design and Stephanie’s love of language set Uppercase Living in motion. Business boomed and as demand continued to grow, Inger and Stephanie dreamed that they could one day enhance the lives of thousands of families, but realized that they could not continue operating this emerging home-based business on their own.
A highly skilled management team was soon formed and many talented individuals became involved, each bringing significant skills and assets to the organization. Additional financial investment, production facilities, and software technology were all critical components to the growth of this exciting new company.
Since its inception in early 2006, UL has quickly become the leading provider of decorative expressions for homes and is now one of the fastest growing party-plan companies in the industry. 1) The Essentials kit for $99 which includes $25 in free product.
2) The Essentials Plus kit for $199 which includes $100 in free product.

Are there any additional expenses (startup, yearly renewal, website, etc)?
The UL renewal fee is $25 and you can purchase a Premium website, with online ordering capabilities, for $20/quarter or $60/year.
How much is the commission on personal sales and downline? How often are consultants paid?
Commission on personal sales is 25% and you receive commission instantly! Uppercase Living also has volume incentives, leadership bonuses and downline commissions.

What are some of the additional benefits/rewards consultants can earn?
As a Demonstrator, you will be making new friends, earning a great income, and having fun - and all of this on your own schedule.
Cruises and conferences are available for eligible demonstrators.
What is your favorite thing about your company?
I really LOVE the product. The quality is excellent, it is easy to apply and the final look is amazing. The company is a very family oriented and there is SO much support available to its demonstrators. It has really been fun being a part of this company. I highly recommend this company and its products!
What is your favorite product?
The online MyDesign Suite tool is my favorite part of being an Uppercase Living demonstrator. It allows customers to really let their imaginations go wild and create something unique for their space.
