Thirty-One Gifts is a faith based company that believes women should be love, honored and respected for the many roles we play. Our mission is to celebrate, encourage and reward women by offering quality products and an outstanding opportunity to become successful business owners. We have seen this mission play out through the years in the individual lives of so many women who now have their own “Thirty-One story.” Many work full-time jobs and use their Thirty-One income to help pay for those extras like vacations. Some of our Consultants had a dream to be debt-free and have paid off houses and cars. Others have seen Thirty-One become a lifeline to their families in difficult economic times. Despite all the bad news we hear today, our Consultants are selling at record rates.

Thirty-One is a faith-based company that started 9 years ago in Chattanooga, TN. Thirty-One managed to to grow to more than 80,000 Consultants nationwide.

The name Thirty-One comes from the verses of Proverbs 31. The Proverbs 31 woman is dearly loved and respected, yet she is an individual in her own right. She manages the home and property with kindness and integrity. Her savvy business skills are partly brought about by her desire to serve others, to do good deeds and prosper.

How much is the commission on personal sales and downline? How often are consultants paid?

Thirty-One pays 25% to beginning consultants right from the start. Once you begin to build your own team you can earn an additional 2% on your front line consultants. Thirty-One also offers bonuses that earn you higher earning potential.

What are some of the additional benefits/rewards consultants can earn?

Part of Thirty-One philosophy of rewarding women is seen by how well the reward their consultants. Thirty-One offers incentives to their consultants on an almost monthly basis. Currently we have our Startswell program, where new consultants are given the opportunity to earn a great set of products valued at over $300 for FREE just by having parties.

We also have our Dream Rewards program running where just doing what we do, party for a living, is earning us points towards great rewards like gift cards and cruises.
