What is your favorite thing about your company?

If I had to choose just ONE favorite, it would be the people. The corporate staff and my fellow Stella & Dot stylists are some of the most sincere, genuine, hard-working and stylish individuals I’ve ever met. I feel very lucky to be a part of the Stella & Dot “family.”

What has been your best moment with your company?

The best moment for me was walking into a local training and the President/Founder Jessica Herrin came up to me personally to speak with me — she even knew me by name! It’s a great feeling to know that you’re appreciated and your success is recognized.
