What is the cost to start up? Are there any additional expenses? At start up or yearly renewal?
We offer two ways to join Lokelani Designs - $49 Paper Kit or $199 Business Builder Kit. Lokelani Designs has no startup fees or yearly renewal fees.
What comes in the start up kit?
$49 Paper Kit includes10 catalogs, our KICK Start Training Guide plus enough business forms to get your started in business.$199 Business Builder Kit includes 10 pieces of pre-selected jewelry and enough business supplies for your first few shows.
Both kits offer you the option to purchase 10 pieces of jewelry of your choice at 50% off within your first 15 days of business.
How much is the commission on personal sales and downline?
Lokelani Designs Jewelry Stylists can earn 25%-32% of their personal sales. You earn bonus commission of 3%-5% on your personal recruits - starting with the first person who joins your team. You also earn an additional 2% of your personal recruits sales in their first 60-days when they achieve our KICK Start program.
What is the minimum sales requirements to stay active? Is it monthly, quarterly, etc?
To be considered an active Jewelry Stylist, you must submit $200 in retail sales each month.
How often does the catalog change?
Our catalogs are released yearly with supplemental seasonal flyers
Discuss the company support for consultants?
Lokelani Designs offers training modules in our Jewelry Stylist Back Office. In addition, there are bi-monthly training calls.
What are some of the additional benefits/rewards consultants can earn?
You can earn up to $350 in FREE jewelry and up to $300 in Business supplies when you achieve Lokelani Designs KICK Start program in your first 30-days as a JewelryStylist. Periodically, established Jewelry Stylists are offered the opportunity to earn FREE or discounted jewelry.
How often are consultants paid?
You’ll receive 25% Base Commission at time of show! $25 for every $100 in retail sales! Bonus commissions are paid monthly, after the 10th of each month.
