I really love the hostess plan. My Hostesses get to choose any 4 items up to $100 each for just $15 each, 2 half off items, and 20% of the show sales in jewelry credit. With just 10 orders and 2 bookings they get to upgrade thier hostess credit to 40%!

How much is the commission on personal sales and downline?

An Advisor’s commission is 30% of the total retail sales. A manager makes 10% on her downline and an extra 10% on herself.

What is the minimum sales requirements to stay active? Is it monthly, quarterly, etc?

You must submit 1 $250 show every 3 months to stay active.

How often does the catalog change?

We get a new catalog every 6 months.

The company provides us continuous training through their website. Our managers provide us with training at least once a month and are always able to be contacted at any time.
