What is the most popular product?
Honestly, its hard to say. The Shunga line of products ranging from Oriental Bath Crystals to Secret Garden, a woman’s libido enhancement cream, is a HUGE seller. On the toy side, we sell a lot of glass pieces and discreet bullets.
These products are of such a personal nature, that not one particular item appeals to everyone.
What is your favorite thing about your company?
The best part of the Romance industry is being able to make such a difference in the intimate lives of women and their partners. In our world, there are two things we are all expected to be good at, but are given no training in: Sex and Parenting! As a Sex Educator, I get to teach people how to get more pleasure, both for them and their partners, in ways that deepen the intimacy of their relationships. This gives me the juice that drives my success.
My favorite things about FYP (I couldn’t narrow it down to one), are:
1. Having all packaging and shipping taken care of. FYP individually packs each person’s order after affixing my personal information label to each consumable product, and then ships directly to either the host or the customer according to their wishes!
2. Our generous hostess benefit program is 100% paid for by FYP and is way beyond what I could afford to give my hostesses.
3. The freedom to market myself in whatever way I choose, whether it be designing my own personal website, writing a blog, advertising in print, etc. As long as I identify myself as an Independent FYP rep, I can brand myself however I wish. This is truly unusual in the Home Party plan business.

What is the cost to start up? Are there any additional expenses? At start up or yearly renewal?
We have 3 different kits. The first costs $250 and is worth $650 retail, The second costs $500 and is worth $1100 retail and the largest costs $1000 and is worth $2200 retail. Most months, FYP offers sign-up specials to make it even a better value.
You can also earn your kit by hosting a party and instead of hostess benefits, you get a kit for free, equaling exactly in retail worth what your retail sales were at your party. If you are already a Romance Consultant for another company, you can transfer to FYP by purchasing a Transfer kit with all the new paperwork and information you will need.
What comes in the start up kit?
Each kit includes a variety of Lotions, Potions and Toys as well as a Business Manual, Product Manual, Training DVD and all the paperwork needed to get your business off to a great start.
How much is the commission on personal sales and downline?
Our commission begins at 40% as long as you purchase a kit. If you do an Open For business show to earn your kit, your commission starts at 35%. You can work your way to a base commission of 50% through either the Executive Sales Club, Executive Recruiting Club or building a team.
For Your Pleasure also offers monthly sales bonuses. From the very beginning, you can get up to a 10% personal bonus on your monthly sales, depending on how much you sell in a calendar month. If you sell $2000, you automatically get an extra 5%, $3000 - 6%, $4000 - 7% up to a 10% bonus if you sell $7000 in a month. This can get your commission up to 60%. (When your base is 50%)
As for recruiting, there is never any pressure to recruit. You may hear about it from your sponsor, because its a way to optimize your earning potential, but NEVER will anybody expect you to recruit. If you choose to, you will have all the support and training you could need, as well as the knowledge that you will get paid on your team based on their results, and you would never need a minimum number of active reps.
However, should you choose to build a team, FYP?s downline overrides are not based on the number of recruits you have, but instead based on the amount of your group?s sales for each month. This makes it MUCH easier to move up the promotional ladder! You can earn up to 10% on your first line, as well as 4%, 3%, 2% and 1% on your next 4 lines, all calculated from their retail sales, not their wholesale amounts! Once you have moved up to a specific leadership level that elevates your base commission, even if you NEVER make that level again, you get to keep that higher commission for ever!
What is the minimum sales requirements to stay active? Is it monthly, quarterly, etc?
There are no minimum sales requirements after you qualify with $1000 in retail sales in your first 60 days.
How often does the catalog change?
Once a year, in August.
Discuss the company support for consultants?
FYP gives you so many tools to make this easy! In your kit you get a training DVD, a Product manual and a training manual. There is a 6 part Audio training course which takes a new IBA through each step of being a successful Home Party Plan rep and Sex Educator. When completed, each rep becomes a Certified Independent Business Associate.
The company also offers both monthly newsletters and training conference calls by the Advisory Board on various topics that are taped for you to listen to at your leisure.
Ducky Doolittle, author and Sex Educator, has joined the FYP team and provides on-going rep training site complete with company message boards and multi-media presentations. There are also company wide Cyber Chats moderated by the Advisory board, Ducky Doolittle and anyone who wants to set one up.
FYP works hard to make sure that each rep has all the tools they need to make a success of their business.

How often are consultants paid?
Consultants get their base commission the night of the party. Sales Bonuses and Downline Overrides get paid on the 15th of the following month.
