Home & Garden Party offers striking stoneware designs for the table, framed artwork, decorating accessories, candles, floral designs and a new line of quick-and-easy food mixes. An incredible fundraising program offers candles, accessories, and gourmet foods.
What is the most popular product?
Choosing a single product as a favorite item is not an easy task! Our pottery products continue to be loved by everyone and hostesses and customers love having a party with H&GP because we offer such a wide array of items and decorating styles. We really do offer something for everyone!
What is your favorite thing about your company?
I absolutely love the products but what I’m most proud of are the people who make up the company. From the field of exceptionally supportive and professional leaders to the home office management team everyone goes up and beyond to work together to provide the very best opportunities for us. Serving on both a product council and fundraising council I’ve been able to experience first hand how committed the company is in providing the best opportunities for us to achieve success.

What is the cost to start up? Are there any additional expenses? At start up or yearly renewal?
A choice of party kits are offered at $99 and $149. A fundraising kit is also available for just $99. All kits include all the products and supplies you’ll need to get started! The yearly renewal fee is $25.
What comes in the start up kit?
Our $149 kits include $400-$500 in products and supplies, and the $99 kits contain $200-$300 in products and supplies. View my website to preview the current products available in the kits as well as a complete listing of the supplies included.
How much is the commission on personal sales and downline?
H&GP offers 30-40% commission on party sales, 25% or more on fundraising. Please see below for more info. $150 is earned for each qualified recruit plus a 3% override commission. Diamond Bonuses, eligible with 10 team members, offer additional monthly earnings of $250-$450. Infinity Leaders receive an additional 3% override each month.
What is the minimum sales requirements to stay active? Is it monthly, quarterly, etc?
H&GP has no minimum sales requirements!
How often does the catalog change?
New party catalogs and fundraising brochures are released twice yearly.
Discuss the company support for consultants?
Fabulous training and support are provided through the company website including interactive online training videos, free monthly training calls, and more. Additionally, team members have access to a team website filled with articles, flyers, documents for all aspects of the business including New Designer Training, Bookings, Hostess Coaching, Party Presentation, Party Games and Theme Parties, Fundraising, Fairs/Expos Training, and so much more! Yahoo groups and team calls are provided also.
What are some of the additional benefits/rewards consultants can earn?
Promotions are offered generally each month for the consultants and may include free products, supplies, award certificates, kit discount certificates etc. New consultants are offered our Smart Start Rewards Program in which they can earn free supplies, $150 in award certificates based upon sales, $50 in award certificates for each new recruit they enroll in the their first 3 full months, as well as a full kit reimbursement. Each year H&GP offers a company incentive trip to destinations such as Hawaii, Bahamas, Cabo San Lucas, Cruises, etc. Next trip destination will soon be announced! Won’t you join us?
How often are consultants paid?
30% commission is received upfront when placing an order. Once your first $1,500 in career sales is reached you will then receive an additional 10% monthly. Commission is based upon the prices listed in the catalog. There are no shipping charges and no “wholesale” price on which commissions are earned! Fundraising offers a very generous 25% commission. You have the flexibility of setting your own fundraising prices, allowing you to increase your commission if desired.
