What comes in the start up kit?
When you become a Butterfly Coordinator, you receive everything you need to start your business. Your Grand Opening Collection (valued at $2000+) will include handbags and jewelry, scarves, watches, a belt, and home fragrance items, too. And you can be sure the Grand Opening Collection you receive includes the latest and most popular products, because Butterfly wants you to have the very best chance at success!
How much is the commission on personal sales and downline?
With Butterfly, the sky?s the limit. And you start earning income with the very first Boutique you hold! Commissions start at 20% with bonus levels up to 35%. Butterfly Leaders can earn 42% of their personal sales, and they also earn extra income on the sales of the Team they develop and support.
What is the minimum sales requirements to stay active? Is it monthly, quarterly, etc?
To be considered an “active coordinator”, you should submit $600 per month in personal compensatable sales.
How often does the catalog change?
Butterfly publishes a beautiful large portfolio at the start of every year. In addition, there are flyers with new product throughout the year, as well as a Fall/ Holiday Portfolio.
Discuss the company support for consultants?
Your training begins with a Business Orientation followed by three free weekly Flying Start Training tele-conference meetings. On-going training and support is also provided with monthly Team and Regional meetings. These Trainings are available to all Coordinators. You receive support from a Home Office that cares about you!
