Mary Kay Cosmetics is a Health and Beauty Company that has a 15 year award track record (Oprah & Good house keeping seal of approval) Awards! The products are science backed and supported for women and men to acheive healthy skin. Really, they have a product that actually repairs your skin. How amazing is that? They have beautiful healthy make up that is the secret of star looks. You own your own business with support from Mary Kay Pink Women all over the world that actually help you to succeed. You must follow the golden rule ( Do unto others as you would have done to you) (Plan your work and work your plan). We do not have territories! You can sell all over the world. I can even have a team member from across the globe. It is yours and you are free to run with it! Mary Kay equip-ts you with everything you need including, Education Classes, Scripts, Weekly meetings,and Support . They reward you for every milestone you accomplish with product,Cars,awards,Diamonds,trips and so much more. The cost really all you need is $100.00 plus tax.

I am in this celebrated 1st year at the Atlantic City Conference.I travel when I can and meet people because we do not have territories and I can sell everywhere. That makes money endless for me. I can even have team members from all over the wold! Mary Kay Cosmetics Head Quarters are located in Dallas Texas. Their are millions world wide. Mary Kay Ash discovered this Amazing Opportunity for women who want to stay at home with their children and have additional income and Solid income for single Parents by providing God first, Family second, and career third. $ 100.00 plus tax. If, you would like a website they offer you one for $25.00 the whole year and 50 after that. You need to set up online banking and a separate bank account for your business. Once you start your business off and build a few clients you are required to purchase $200.00 in whole sales a year. That really is not hard to do. I sold 151.56 cents with one client who I did not know! You are selling yourself. If, they like you then they will listen and be educated about their skin.

How much is the commission on personal sales and downline? How often are consultants paid?

You get paid on having parties or one-to-one client Apts. You get paid as fast as you build a few clients. You get paid up to 25,000 a month +! You make money on your sales. After you build your client base the Mary Kay Cosmetics pays you up to 14% on Team members sales monthly who want to start their own business to. You can also get paid if you choose a car is free to drive and tags paid or not to have the car and the company pays you up to $1,500.00 a month. This company treats us very good with rewards and recognition for the milestones you reach. The pay is unlimited because We do not have territories! I could sign you up as a consultant from all over the world. How exciting is that?

What are some of the additional benefits/rewards consultants can earn?

Recognition for the goals achieved and the mile stones you have accomplished. Mary Kay Cosmetics sends you personally gifts. You can acheive rewards from you National sales Director and Rewards from your Director every week. You can earn to ride in paid for Cars. They have four different Cars including a Mustangs and a Cadillac & Cadillac SUV. They reward you with team trips, Jewelry (diamonds), You get to earn special gifts for your inventory sales too! They just keep coming out with more…….

What is your favorite thing about your company?

My favorite thing about the company is that I have become friends with Mary Kay women from around and share tips, resources willingly. I enjoy helping empower women with the opportunity and being successful in all they do. Parties are so much fun! I was formerly a RN (Nurse) and got injured on the job so I love that I am still in healthcare (skin Care) and I can still help people. I am permanently disabled and I can still be able to acheive success and have a reason to pull my legs out of bed each morning.

What is your favorite product?

This truly is tough I use my Timewise miracle set daily but I add Microdermabrasion set and Serum+c because together I can acheive healthy skin. Serum+c actually repairs your skin cells. I got scratched by a cat and dabbed it on for 5 days and I have not a scar in site.
