LydiaStyle is a brand new direct sales company that offers beautiful and affordable jewelry for women and a life changing business opportunity. Our jewelry is like nothing you have ever seen! Provide a brief company history including how long in business and how many consultants in how many countries.

LydiaStyle launched in January of this year. We currently have less than 50 consultants and for a limited time we are still giving all new sign-ups the title of Founding Consultant. LydiaStyle was founded by Tonya Grimes. LydiaStyle exists to empower and encourage women. It is Tonya’s desire to provide the same opportunities she had when she got into direct sales many years ago.

What is the cost to start up? What comes in the startup kit?

We have the best kit offered in this business! For $175 you will receive over $1000 worth of beautiful jewelry and all of the training/business materials you need to run your business. The training you will receive in your kit is second to none!!! On the included recorded training cd’s our Founder will teach you to organize and grow your business, as well as your team from day one. Tonya is an amazing teacher and mentor, I am truly blessed to be a part of this business!

Are there any additional expenses (startup, yearly renewal, website, etc)?

Currently consultants pay no additional expenses.

How much is the commission on personal sales and downline? How often are consultants paid?

Consultants earn 30% commission on their sales from parties as well as online sales until they reach $1,500 in cumulative sales. From that time on consultants begin earning 40% commission on their sales. Sales commissions are paid every Tuesday and sent by check to each consultant. Recruiting checks are mailed the 15th of each month for the previous month.

What are some of the additional benefits/rewards consultants can earn?

Our hostess benefits are paid for by LydiaStyle.
We receive a 50% discount anytime new pieces are added or a new catalog is released.
We have no deliveries! The jewelry we sell is shipped directly to our customers or hostess.
We receive all of the training needed to succeed in direct sales.
We have programs for new consultants to earn $1000 in Free jewelry.
We are rewarded with computers and gifts and have incentive trips planned in the near future.

What is your favorite thing about your company?

My favorite thing about our company is the ground-floor opportunity. As a founding consultant I am able to work one-on-one with our Founder. My ideas and concerns are helping to shape the foundation of this company. I love that I am a part of a company where my opinion actually matters and isn’t taken by a survey through email but goes straight to the founder herself. It is so exciting for me to be able to watch this company grow from it’s infancy!

What is your favorite product?

I have so many favorite LydiaStyle pieces and this list grows everyday. But…..if I had to narrow it down to one set it would have to be our “Thrace” Set.
