DCD just celebrated their 5th anniversary. Mars, Inc. has been around since 1907 and is considered one of the global leaders in the Chocolate Industry. Our current Chocolatiers reside in the 48 continental United States and we have around 3,000 active Chocolatiers. This is a growing company and room for expansion.

Are there any additional expenses (startup, yearly renewal, website, etc)?

We do have a quarterly website and enewsletter charge for the use of our personal website and the ability to email company newsletters to all our contacts.
All Chocolatiers need to replace their sample items and catalogs, however the company does offer contest to assist with those needs.

How much is the commission on personal sales and downline? How often are consultants paid?

Commissions - No matter what your rank, you can earn up to 40% on your personal sales volume (PSV) each month.
Earnings Assurance - If someone passes you in rank, you are still paid on their PSV if they are in levels 1, 2 or 3 of your downline.
Once in your downline, always in your downline - The career plan is designed to easily move up in the ranks, making it easy to achieve success.
Manager Bonus - Once promoted to Manager, you’ll be rewarded with a one time $500 promotion bonus plus an additional bonus is paid on your entire personal group volume as deep as your team goes.
Generation Overrides - Generation overrides are paid 4 levels deep and paid out at a higher percentage than the 3% Manager Bonus.

What are some of the additional benefits/rewards consultants can earn?

DCD offered their first incentive trip - to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic in May of 2012 - all inclusive, all expense paid for 5 days. It was amazing! We anxiously await the announce of the next incentive trip!

Our top producers in all fields receive beautiful jewelry, the opportunity to become part of the decision making Advisory Board.

There are plenty of chances to earn the new kits, new products, new training supplies.

Friends - I have met some wonderful people I know I will be life long friends with - they are on the same journey and we share our personal lives along with our business!

What is your favorite thing about your company?

I am so excited to be working with DOVE Chocolate Discoveries(TM). With the reputation of the Dove® Chocolate brand, our delicious line of supreme chocolate and chocolate products, and the unique earning power of direct sales. I am having so much fun meeting my Hostesses and helping them throw great tasting parties that their guests LOVE while earning free products! Guests will learn more about how to entertain, give gifts, and make beautiful and delicious homemade treats.

I love meeting new people and sharing the amazing products that DCD has to offer! The extra income helps for the specials in my life!

What is your favorite product?

Definitely the Chardonnay Wine Brittle -
Begin with brittle, add the extra crunch of cocoa nibs and roasted peanuts. Then taste the vanilla and subtle fruit notes. After leaving a tasting show, I store the brittle in my trunk, otherwise it jumps in the front seat and disappears before arriving home!
