What is the cost to start up? What comes in the startup kit?

Start up cost is between $300 - $600 depending on which option you choose. The majority of the cost is jewelry of your choice that can be sold to recoup your investment. The jewelry can be sold via the catalog, home shows, or fundraisers.

Are there any additional expenses (startup, yearly renewal, website, etc)?

There are no monthly minimum order requirements. The only purchase requirement to remain a consultant is $300 wholesale per year. There is an optional website opportunity.

How much is the commission on personal sales and downline? How often are consultants paid?

commission on personal sales is 50%. Consultants purchase the jewelry at wholesale and sell at retail. Consultants keep the 50% profit from the sales. Building a team of other consultants is an option. A commission is received each month by the company based on the consultants business at any given month.

What are some of the additional benefits/rewards consultants can earn?
