Provide a brief description of your company and the products?
In the Snake River Valley of Southeastern Idaho in September of 2002, Debbie Merrill and her family pooled savings and energy to start their family business, Welcome Home Aroma. They provided fragrance that added ambiance to the businesses in Southern Idaho and Utah. As a result of their relentless pursuit of quality, the Fragrance Fan and pure fragrance formulations quickly gained a reputation as “unbelievably good and always consistent.”
Soon, homemakers throughout the communities were requesting products for their homes, creating havens of memories enhanced by lingering scents of ripe berries, holiday baking, and floral bouquets. The party plan company Cierra Ashley - Fragrance for Life was born in 2008 to meet the demands of the residential customer. Cierra Ashley’s success is in offering the most-loved home scents along with Fragrance Fans through direct sales, open houses, and parties. While our fragrance products are enhancing home memories, they are also offering personal growth and career independence to women and their families.
With the philosophy that success and purpose are intertwined, our Cierra for Life program supports the individuals and families affected by the debilitating disease of lupus through research and education.
What is your most popular product?
The new Decorative Fragrance Fans are the stars of our home fragrance products. They currently come in ten different finishes. From bold and modern to subtle and demure, there is a choice for everyone. Each fan will cover up to 1000 square feet for up to three weeks! They are made of vitreous ceramic, the same as your fine dinnerware. It is fired at a high temperature, making it hard and durable, and they clean easily with a damp cloth.
With over 55 choices, the biggest problem is deciding which home fragrances to buy. No matter what Cierra Ashley liquid home fragrance products you purchase, you will find it is different than other air fresheners. There is no soapy smell, no waxy mess, and no dangerous flame. What is your favorite thing about your company?
Cierra Ashley was created to provide our customers a safe, reliable alternative to candles and heated fragrance systems while striving to keep a focus on customer service with the idea that even our advisors are first and foremost “a customer.”
We know that this is a young company with an exciting future helping others create memories in the world around them through the use of safe and exciting fragrances. We are also happy that through our “Cierra for Life” program, we are able to assist in the fight against lupus through supporting the Alliance for Lupus Research. Our round-up program allows our customers to donate to this great cause by adding a few cents to their payment!
