Post image for Norwex Enviro Products Review with Stacey Steward

Provide a brief description of your company and the products?

Norwex is committed to radically reducing the uses of chemicals in cleaning and personal care to promote health and to reduce the risk of poisoning and disease. More and more we are strongly emphasizing the positive environmental impact of reducing chemical use.

The Norwex corporate vision for our products reaches far beyond the limited horizon of just making a profit; we are striving for a better quality of life for present and future generations. Our deep central theme is reverence for the value and beauty of all life on a healthy planet. Join us in our effort to improve quality of life in a profound way!
Norwex has a 60 day money back guarantee on their products and a 2yr warranty on all the microfiber products. The products are very high quality. Lots of people are trying to “Go Green” and everyone cleans, so this is a great product to stand behind.
Make Green by selling Green!

Provide a brief company history including how long in business and how many consultants in how many countries.

In 1995 Norwex entered the home party network in Norway. In 1999 they expanded to Canada and the United States. Norwex also has consultants in Estonia, Lithuania, Australia, Austria, and England.
In 2008, there were over 10,000 consultants world wide and is growing fast.

What is the cost to start up? What comes in the startup kit?

For US consultants the kit is free for the first three months and does not need to be paid for if you sell $2000 (retail) in the first three months. If you don’t sell the $2000 in the 3 months, you purchase the kit for $200 and keep all the products.
The Canadian Kit is $39.95. If you sell $2500 in the first 3 months you will receive a $200 shopping spree.
What comes in the kit?

The U.S. kit includes:
1 Small Antibac Enviro Cloth
1 Large Antibac Enviro Cloth
1 Antibac Window Cloth
1 Large Mop base
1 Large Dry Mop Pad
1 Large Wet Mop Pad
1 Extendible Mop handle
1 Package of Spirinetts
1 Spray Bottle
1 Norwex Tote Bag
1 Product Training Manual, DVD and enough catalogs and order forms to host your first party.

The Canadian Kit:
2 Antibac Enviro Cloths
1 Large Antibac Enviro Cloth
1 Car Cloth
1 Suede Enviro Towel
1 Window Cloth
1 Spray Bottle
1 Norwex Tote Bag
1 Product Training Manual, DVD and enough catalogs and order forms to host your first party.

Are there any additional expenses (startup, yearly renewal, website, etc)?

There is no monthly quota. You will need to sell just $250 in a revolving 3 month cycle to remain an “active” consultant. It doesn’t have to be all in one month.
If you become inactive and want to start up again, it’s only a $25 reactivation fee.

How much is the commission on personal sales and downline? How often are consultants paid?

You get 35% of all party sales and 40% of direct sales. You also get 40% off for your own personal purchases.
On how much you will make each month, this will vary from consultant to consultant dependant on your sales, and whether or not you hire on others to build a team. The average consultant earns $175 per party.
If your customer pays by check ( must be written to you), or cash you keep 35-40% of it and when you send in your order to the company they will take the other 65% off of your credit card you use for ordering. You can then take the rest of the amount of the order total and apply it to pay off your credit card. For example if you do a party of $500 and your customers all paid by cash you would have 35% in your packet to take home that night.

If your customers paid you by credit card, Norwex would send you a check ( currently by mail, however we are working towards direct deposit ). Pay outs are done twice a month.

What are some of the additional benefits/rewards consultants can earn?

There are monthly incentives for free products given to the consultant and yearly incentives for either products or trips, based on sales/and or recruiting.

What is your favorite thing about your company?

My favorite thing about Norwex is the simple fact, that I don’t feel pressured at all to get huge sales or add people to my team. I can make this job a little hobby or I can make it huge, it all depends on me. Norwex is also a great company because they are really focusing on making the world a better place and not just in it to make a profit.

What is your favorite product?

Choosing my favorite product is a hard one, because I love almost all of them. I guess I would have to say the Antibac Window cloth is my favorite, if I HAD to choose. It leaves my glass, windows, stainless steel appliances, countertops streak free and shiny! All with just the cloth and water!
